CD - Badger Clark - Dakota Voices
Story and poems read by Badger Clark and others. The first seven recordings on this CD are the actual voice of Badger Clark, who died in 1957. His final recording is a speech excerpt delivered at a Dakota Wesleyan University picnic, date and location unknown, Although the speech is incomplete, it is included to show Badger Clark's sense of humor, natural exuberance, and disdain for hypocracy. Although lecturing was his main source of income for over thirty years, this is the only known recording of a formal speech by the cowboy poet. There are a total of 26 recordings on this CD.
