At 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Cultural Heritage Center, Pierre native Heather Mangan will tell about her year in Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer. The event is free and everyone welcome to attend. Mangan’s talk is co-sponsored by Short Grass Arts Council and the South Dakota Historical Society Foundation.
